Find your format
Group, private, duet or a first trial class — each built around careful movement and your level of experience.

Group reformer class
The studio's main format — up to 6 people, with individual attention from the instructor. Each class has its own focus: posture, mobility, strength, or movement control. The programme changes; the approach stays constant — precision, a calm pace, and adaptation to the group's level.
Good for
- Those who want to train regularly in a small group
- Those already familiar with the reformer — at our studio or another
- Those returning to movement after a break or injury (with a doctor's clearance)
What to expect
- Each class begins with preparing the body for movement and ends with stretching and recovery
- The instructor corrects technique individually and adapts the load for each participant
- Recommended rhythm — 2–3 times per week for steady progress

Private session
One to one with the instructor — built entirely around you: your level, how your body feels, and your specific goals. The instructor has time to work through the details, explain technique, and find exactly the right load.
Good for
- Those who want to work on a specific goal — posture, discomfort, or recovery from injury
- Those who prefer working at their own pace without a group
- Those who want to deepen their technique after group classes
What to expect
- A programme tailored to your experience, how you feel that day, and your goals
- Detailed work on technique — with explanations and corrections in every exercise
- Space to discuss how you feel, ask questions, and move at a comfortable pace

Duet
Training for two — with the instructor's full attention and a shared pace. A comfortable format for partners, friends, or family members who want to train together.
Good for
- Two people who want to train together and support each other
- Those who want more attention than a group offers, but feel more comfortable not training alone
- Pairs with different levels of experience — the instructor adapts exercises for each person
What to expect
- A programme that accounts for both participants' levels
- A calm, shared pace with individual technique corrections
- The flexibility to arrange a time that suits both of you

Prenatal pilates
Reformer classes adapted to the changing body during pregnancy. Gentle load, safe positions, and a focus on pelvic floor stability, back support, and breath. The programme adjusts to your trimester and how you feel on the day.
Good for
- Those in their 2nd or 3rd trimester — with their doctor's or midwife's clearance
- Those who want to stay active and maintain tone throughout pregnancy
- Those experiencing discomfort in the back or pelvis who want to move safely
What to expect
- Exercises chosen for your trimester — no lying on the stomach, no unsafe twists
- Focus on pelvic floor, deep stabilisers, and breath — foundations for a comfortable pregnancy and postnatal recovery
- Individual format — the instructor's full attention on you and how you're feeling that day

First trial class
Your introduction to the studio, the reformer, and the method. A calm format with no pressure or expectations — for those who haven't tried reformer pilates before, or who want to see whether this format is right for them.
Good for
- Those coming to reformer pilates for the first time
- Those who want to try it before choosing a format and rhythm
What to expect
- A brief orientation to the studio and the equipment — how the reformer works and what each part does
- Your first basic exercises at your own pace, with explanations and corrections from the instructor
- Time for questions and recommendations on what to do next
PREPARATION
What to bring
- Comfortable sportswear — leggings or fitted trousers, a sports top or t-shirt. Avoid zips and hard fastenings — they can damage the equipment.
- Grip socks — for safe contact with the footbar. Available at the studio, but more convenient to bring your own.
- You're welcome to bring water or use ours — there's always some available.
- Arrive 10 minutes before the class so you have time to change and settle in.
Not sure where to start?
First time on a reformer — start with the trial class. Have experience — come straight to a group. Have a specific goal or any physical considerations — a private session will help you find the right approach.
